It provides a sound, smooth level base for most types of floor coverings, and can withstand light foot traffic in just 4 hours. The compound has an excellent coverage rate with self-smoothing properties.
Suitable materials: Concrete sub-floors and cement/sand screeds.
Sizes: 12.5kg or 25kg bag.
Coverage: 1m² per 5kg at 3mm thickness.
Frequently Asked Questions
If a greater thickness than 5mm is required, apply as two coats allowing the first to dry thoroughly before laying the second. Before the application of the second layer, check that the first layer is sound and has a hard, dust-free surface.
