EVO-STIK Stay White/Clear Sanitary Silicone Sealant is a high quality, moisture curing sealant that won’t stain, blacken or yellow – leaving bathrooms and kitchens looking fresh and clean for life. It stops mould growth and fungi, and has excellent adhesion to non-porous surfaces, meaning it’s ideal for sealing around tiles and baths, shower trays, basins, kitchen worktops and stainless steel sink-tops.
Suitable materials: Non-porous surfaces such as glass, stainless steel and ceramics, as well as plastic baths and fittings.
Sizes: C20 cartridge.
Coverage: approximately 10m with a 6mm bead.
Frequently Asked Questions
The fungicide in EVO-STIK Stay White/Clear Sanitary Silicone Sealant only works if it is touching the mould, and sometimes a film of soap can build up and block it. To prevent this, advise customers to try cleaning the sealant with dilute bleach once a month or so.
There is no adequate solvent that will remove cured sealant. Instead, carefully cut away any excess with a sharp knife. Do not use solvent to remove any residue from skin – use soap and water.
